Delaware - Respiratory Therapy License Requirements
Delaware requires
20 CEU hours are required every 2 years
10 CEU hours must be live credits.
10 CEU hours can be online credits.
Mandatory Courses:
Every renewal period you must complete a course required by Delaware law on how to recognize child sexual and physical abuse, exploitation and domestic violence, an your reporting obligations under the law.

You are correct. For California RT's, the ethics course must come from the State board of California or the AARC. You can find the AARC ethics course here
