Arizona requires
Arizona requires 20 CEUs hours every 2 years.
5 of these CEUs must be Live CEUs.
You also need 2 hours of Ethics.
Mandatory Courses:
2 Hours of Ethics courses every 2 years.
5 Hours must be Live CEUs.
License Renewal Date:
Arizona respiratory license expires on your birthday every 2 years

You are correct. For California RT's, the ethics course must come from the State board of California or the AARC. You can find the AARC ethics course here
